SHIPPING POLICY:

Processing Time:

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 7-14 business days of receiving payment. Please note that custom-made or personalized items may have a longer processing time, which will be indicated on the product page.

Shipping Times:

♡ Shipping times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.

♡ Yez Crochet is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can review shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

International Shipping:
At this moment, Yez Crochet is operational only within the continental US.

Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking information.

RETURNS POLICY:

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the date the item has been received. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

♡ Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Return Process:

To return an item, please email customer support at [email protected] with your order number, name, reason for the return, and any supplemental images. After receiving confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your item to the return address.

Return shipping charges will be reimbursed. 

REFUNDS POLICY:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process.

Exceptions:

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

♡   Improper care damaged items *

* Such as damage by animals, improper washing procedures, etc.

WARRANTY POLICY:

Warranties are not offered outside of exchange and return policy.
